The vacancies will also be displayed on the Jobcentre Plus website – the third largest recruitment website in the world.
We will also ensure the widest possible circulation of your vacancies through our extensive network of partner organisations at a national, regional and local level.
We have a track record of working with major city centre and national employers and have experience of successfully running both large-scale recruitment fairs and targeted open days at various venues to attract job seekers.
We can help provide and source suitable interview facilities if required, and help you sift or pre-screen candidates.
Utilisation of work trials, which will allow you to consider eligible applicants for up to three weeks, affords both the job seeker and the host company time to consider whether they are suited to each other.
MTC works closely with employers to design bespoke training packages, which meet their needs. This ensures that individuals are given a taste of the sector they wish to work in; it prepares them for the recruitment process; and can form an excellent bridge into the employers’ induction process. The courses vary from one-day programmes and short courses to more in-depth training. Training can cover the following areas and, in some cases, provide nationally recognised qualifications.
Examples of what the training can cover:
- People skills – i.e. communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer Service
- First Aid
- Health & Safety
- Food hygiene certificate
- Administration
Working with you we can identify training packages to meet your current or future recruitment needs and ensure there is a ready pool of labour to help fill any vacancies.
If appropriate training courses are not currently available we can help create a bespoke programme to complement your company or industry sector needs, including pre and post employment. We will work with you to establish what skills, experiences and qualities you are looking for in a new recruit and help design training. These tailor-made programmes will develop essential job, work and attitudinal skills related to a range of jobs in your organisation.
