The 1st Phase of recruitment will cover the management/supervisory team and recruitment to these posts will take place early in the autumn

The second phase of recruitment will be for shop floor, sales, yard and fork lift truck staff, with up to 30 vacancies needing to be filled.
Recruitment is scheduled to start later in the autumn, and MTC will be working closely with them to ensure local people benefit.
