Destination work project is designed to help 340 local people into work and access local jobs in the Care and Public Sector, the largest employment sector in the region. Care training will work with employers to secure real local jobs and will help local without work through an innovative personalised coaching and training to secure and retain these jobs. Destination work is delivered by local partnership of companies who understand the needs of local residents and local employers and started in July 2008.
