THE MTC PARTNERSHIP

Making the Connection is a new long-term partnership programme which aims to support local people into sustainable jobs. The programme has already attracted a high level of support from key partners across the city as we aim to better connect our learning, skills and employability services.

Many of our clients require a wide range of related services to help them into employment which is why we are always looking to engage new partners to strengthen our existing networks and enhance our collective resources across the city.

THE KEY AIMS OF MAKING THE CONNECTION ARE TO:

Develop and deliver the Making the Connection branded service to individuals, employers and partners
Pilot new ways of working to improve efficiency and our response to unemployment in the city
Join-up our services and resources to create a more coherent approach for both employers and individuals
Promote Making the Connection as a long-term vision for the city and for partners
